Dream Orbit Ring

An open asymmetric silhouette with a red pear-shaped lab-grown ruby and clear accents.

Dream Orbit introduces The Transformation: a change of direction and a renewed sense of self.

Order preparation

Each order is individually prepared, checked and packed in Chongqing before international dispatch. We dispatch within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Preparation time is separate from international transit time. Transit varies by destination and customs clearance; we do not guarantee a specific arrival date. Tracking details are provided after dispatch. Creating a label does not mean the carrier has received the parcel.

Delivery and import charges

Worldwide delivery is available, subject to applicable destination requirements and carrier service availability. Standard international delivery is included. VALOIREA is responsible for applicable import duties and import-clearance charges for this initial release. Any applicable sales tax collected at checkout is shown before you pay.

If we expect to miss the dispatch deadline, we will contact you before that deadline with a revised date and the option to wait or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot provide a revised date, or you do not wish to wait, we will cancel and refund the order. If we cannot serve your address, we will contact you and cancel and refund the order. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Size: one standard open-band size. Please contact us for fit guidance before ordering.

Returns and cancellation

Request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after your order is shown as delivered. Items must be unworn, unused and undamaged, with the original packaging reasonably complete. Contact us before returning an item and use tracked shipping. Return shipping and applicable return-related charges are generally your responsibility; separately charged original delivery is generally non-refundable when we are not at fault.

Wrong items, obvious defects and shipping damage are reviewed individually, with reasonable resolution costs covered when VALOIREA is responsible. Cancellation depends on the stage of preparation and fulfillment.

Once a return passes inspection, or a no-return refund is approved, we aim to initiate the refund within 2 business days. This is not a guarantee of bank receipt. See our Return and refund policy for full conditions.
